It usually takes 2-3 business days for the payment to be reflected in your landlord’s account
My rent payment transaction was shown as a failure, but my account got debited?
The amount usually gets auto refunded within 5-6 working days. If it still doesn’t happen, please drop us an email to contactus@muthoot.com with your transaction ID and our representatives will get back to you at the earliest.
I paid my rent via credit card. How can I find it on my Credit card statement?
Your Rent/Rent advance/Rent related payments on Muthoot FinCorp ONE it will be shown in your credit card statement with one of the tags – Muthoot FinCorp ONE/Muthoot FinCorp Ltd.
